New Idaho Residence

We have come to Idaho for an extended visit/move in. Jacob starts his Officer Basic Training on Sunday at Fort Benning, Georgia. He is driving his way across the south right now. It is less than 140 days (101) so the family is not invited to come. We decided to come to Idaho until the end of April. My family is great about letting us invade, they all take it in stride. I am excited to be here to see the snow. There really is a lot and it is beautiful when everything is frosted in the mornings, but that also means it is really cold.

Right now Rylie is dancing to the radio and it is hilarious. She really gets into it and has some great moves. She is at her best when no one is watching, so am I. I have tried to video it, but then it just turns into a weirdo dance and is not as cute.

Jacob had to spend a week with his unit in Utah before heading to Georgia. We drove to Utah and stayed with his brother and wife for 10 days. That is a long time for in law company, but they were great to us. The kids had a great time playing together. They have twin two year olds and a baby. Then we came to Idaho for the weekend and Jacob flew back to New Mexico on Monday.

I am so glad we decided to move to New Mexico in December. It was great to be a family again after being separated for 3 months. Our original decision was to stay in American Fork until July. I'm glad we changed our minds and just made the jump to New Mexico. We are not as rich as we would have been, but our family is stronger.

I am glad that you are there. We will be coming for Bethany's wedding next month and it will be fun to let our little kidos play together. The other day Izzy asked if Rylie could come to preschool with her sometime- random I know!

Baby number three?! Wow, congrats! Hope you enjoy your time in Idaho with your fam! If you are feeling sick your mom can take care of you. Mom's are good for that.

Did I miss something about a new baby in your post? Are you pregnant with your third?
I am glad you have been able to be with your family.
You will have to sneak up on Rylie while she is dancing and get some video. How old is she now, almost 4?

So I left a big CONGRATS post the other day but it didn't publish. I'm very excited for you though and now understand why you didn't want to stay in NM alone. Good Move! You'll have a cute little bump when Jacob comes home :) And you are always welcome at our house on your travels through UT!

Congrats on the baby, we're only a few days apart, my baby is due Oct. 4th. I hope you're feeling good. It sounds like you're having fun in Idaho. I'm sure it's nice to have family distractions around when your hubby is away.
Take Care,
