Guess what I am waiting in line for at 6:00 AM?

Just Kindergarten registration!!!!
There are not enough in town schools. If you are not in the first 60 then you get bumped (and bussed) to an out of town school. Our Elementary is the "best" in the district so of course I don't want Rylie bussed somewhere far away. So there I am 11th in line waiting for 2 hours to start the registration.
A nice member of our ward volunteered to come to my home at 5 :30 AM to watch the kids so Jacob could go to work and I could go to the registration.
I was expecting to be outside in the freezing cold so I just pulled a couple layers over my PJs with all my ski gear on top, a camp chair, hot cocoa, a blanket and a book. The principal came at 6:10 and let us all inside the school. I already like him.
After all that effort I sure hope we are still here in the fall so Rylie can actually go to Kindergarten there!
